In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive an email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.
In the event of multiple delivery failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($6 for small order and $10 for large orders) will be charged to resend the order.
